As long as a product has not been used or worn, we are happy to process an exchange or refund for you within 30 days of purchase.

To request a free prepaid shipping label for a return or exchange please complete the form to the left.

At this time, we can only process exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you request an exchange for an item of higher value, we will process a refund for the returned item. 

Typical processing time is about 7 to 10 business days once the item(s) are received.  

Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are free.

 If your Toadfish Coastal Kitchen or Apparel purchase arrives damaged or defective, please use the warranty page to contact us and we will take care of getting you replacements immediately.

Toadfish Inshore Fishing Rods

Because of the nature of this product, Toadfish Outfitters does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on sales of Toadfish Inshore fishing rods.  

If your Toadfish Inshore purchase arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact our Customer Support within 48 hours and do not discard the damaged item or the packaging. If you fail to report damages within this time frame, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier which means we cannot accept responsibility for damages. Customer support can be contacted by phone at (843) 779-5520 or by email at support@oystertoadfish.com.

Once you notify us that your product was damaged, we will file a claim with carrier. Claims usually take 8-14 days to process. Please do not discard the damaged product or the packaging because a shipper may be dispatched to pick up the damaged item for inspection and processing. We will need your help in making it available for pick up on a scheduled time and date.
